Sol Air, a new Zimbabwe-based airline, will take to the skies in September 2018 and will offer domestic and regional flights.
Sol Air will lease 5 aircraft: two Boeing 777-300s and three Boeing 737-800s.
Sol Air is also acquiring two 30-seater turbo-prop small aircraft to serve routes like Kariba, Buffalo Range, Lusaka and Tete. The airline is yet to sign for the South Africa-based aircraft, which should happen later this year.
